Who we are
The Protocol Room runs small educational sessions for businesses in Thailand, together with partner clinics. Questions about your data go to d@theprotocolroom.co.
What we collect
What you type into our forms: name, business, email, WhatsApp number, business type, role and answers about your services. We also record which page and link brought you to the site (UTM tags and referrer).
Why
To review your application, contact you about the room you applied for, send the file you requested and invite you to future rooms. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
The organising team of The Protocol Room and, for the room you applied to, the partner clinic that hosts it. Form answers are stored in Google Sheets. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.
How long
Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to d@theprotocolroom.co and we will reply within 30 days.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies. Visit statistics are counted without cookies.
